By this Petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR, bearing C.R.No. I-241 of 2018, registered with the Wagle Estate Police Station, Thane, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 379, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned APP, on instructions, submits that after investigation, the police have filed 'B' Summary Report' in the trial Court on 16th November, 2021. Learned APP has tendered the said report dated 27/01/2023 evidencing the same. The said report is taken on record.
