P.C.:- 1) By an order dated 18th April, 2018 the applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on 26th and 27th April, 2018.

2) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AP for the State. Perused the record of investigation. 3) The allegation against the applicant is that, by tampering with electricity supply meter, he took illegal connection and procured electricity for his computer class.

The record indicates that police have already seized the necessary articles which the applicant has allegedly used, in the 1/2

svt 2 (17) ABA-772-18.doc process of investigation. Nothing further is to be recovered at the instance of the applicant. In view thereof, the applicant can be protected by pre-arrest bail.

5) Interim relief granted by order dated 18.04.2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to report to the Investigating Officer is waived.
