1] Applicant is seeking bail in C.R. No. 377/2020 registered with Juhu Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 363, 370, 120(B) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. After arrest on 17/11/2020, applicant came to be chargesheeted on 12/02/2021. 2] Prosecution story against the applicant is, complainant's 4 month old child (son) was abducted and handed over to couple in 1/3

Telangana.

3] Co-accused Mohammed Basheeruddin who has stolen the child is already released.

4] Considering the maximum punishment under Section 363 and 370 which is 7 years, absence of antecedents and applicant having suffered incarceration for more than one year, case for bail is made out.

(i) Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 377/2020 registered with Juhu Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 363, 370, 120(B) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

(iii) Applicant shall attend before Investigating Officer in the first week of every English calendar month till the conclusion of trial. 5] Application stands disposed of.
