By this petition, the Petitioner is seeking transfer of investigation of FIR / CR. No. I-381/2013 registered with Virar Police Station to State CID.

Learned APP for the State having taken instructions from the officer concerned, states that investigation in the said CR is over and already charge-sheet has been filed. 3.

In view of the fact situation stated by learned APP, there is nothing to transfer. Be that as it may, the Petitioner is accused in the said CR. At his instance, investigation cannot be transferred. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this writ petition and same is accordingly dismissed.
