We are informed by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the applicant's earlier two bail applications have been rejected by this Court. In this light of the matter, we are not inclined to grant the applicant's prayer for his release on bail. However, having regard to the fact that the applicant is in custody since 2015, we expedite the hearing of the appeal.

The aforesaid criminal appeal to be listed for final hearing at the end of the admission board. Stand over to 26th July, 2022. 4.

The aforesaid Interim Application being No.1288 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of.
