By this civil application, the applicant has prayed that the interim stay granted by this Court on 29th July 2013 thereby staying operation and implementation of the impugned order dated 3rd December 2012 passed by the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Solapur be vacated.

A perusal of the order dated 29th July 2013 passed by this Court indicates that the said order is passed after hearing all the parties including the applicant herein. There is no change in the circumstances after the said order came to be passed on 29th July 2013. No case is made out for vacating the said interim order passed by this Court. Civil application is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
