The grievance raised by the petitioner, at the relevant time was that the petitioner was not being produced before the Court as and when the dates were fixed by the Court in his pending case. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions, informed that the petitioner has been released on bail after filing this petition. In that view of the matter, the petitioner would be free to appear before the Court as and when dates are fixed by the Court, if the case of the petitioner is still pending before the concerned Court.
