Applicant is permitted to carry out amendment in First Appeal as per Schedule of amendment Exhibit-A to the Civil Application on or before 16.8.2019, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

b.

First Appeal No.926 of 1999 to appear on board on 23.8.2019.

c.

Civil Application is allowed accordingly.
