The Applicant by this application is challenging the show cause notice issued under section 107 read with 111 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. the Petitioner is always at liberty to to give reply to the said notice. As on today, no adverse orders are passed against the Petitioner. We are, therefore, not inclined to exercise our jurisdiction under section 226 of the Constitution of India. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
