The learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that she has written instructions to withdraw the Appeal. Hence Appeal allowed to be withdrawn 2.

Statutory amount,if any, deposited in this court to be transferred to the Tribunal along with accrued interest. 3.

Respondents-claimants will be at liberty to withdraw the entire amount with accrued interest deposited by the Insurance company.
