Considering the order in relation to which willful disobedience is alleged having been passed by the Civil Court, appropriate remedy of the petitioners is to approach the same Court by way of execution.

In case such execution is filed, the executing Court shall decide the execution petition as expeditiously as possible. 3.

The contempt petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to approach the executing Court. No costs.
