Mr. Kakade, learned Government Pleader states that the said file will be placed before the Chairman of the Authorization Committee during the course of day, so as to enable the Authorization Committee to take appropriate decision, with respect to the application made by the Petitioner. He submits, on instructions, that appropriate decision will be taken on the Petitioner's application/file by the Authorization Committee latest by Monday i.e. 9th May 2022, and the same will be communicated to the Petitioner on the very same day. Statement accepted. 3.
