By this Application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the Appeal under section 30 of Workmen' s Compensation Act, 1923.

The delay is marginal. Considering the said fact as well as the reasons stated in the Application, in my considered view, constitute sufficient grounds, delay is condoned. Appeal be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
