Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the first to

suresh P1-WPG-734.2014 third respondents and the learned AGP for the fourth respondent.

The learned AGP appearing for the fourth respondent states, on instructions of Shri Samadhan Khatkale, Section Officer, Urban Development Department who is personally present in the Court, that after calling for a report from CIDCO, the application made by the petitioner on 20-2-2008 (Exhibit-H to the petition) will be disposed of within a period of two months from today. We accept the said statement. Accordingly, we direct that the application dated 20-2-2008 shall be disposed of within a period of two months from today. Copy of the order passed on the said application be served to the petitioner.

All contentions on merits are kept open. If the order passed on the said application be adverse to the petitioner, appropriate remedies of the petitioner will remain open. 5.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, Civil Application No.1307 of 2014 does not survive and it accordingly stands disposed of.
