By this civil application, the applicant seeks to implead Shri Baburao Dattu Chandere as the respondent no.2 to this second appeal for the reasons recorded in the civil application. In view of subsequent development recorded in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the civil application, I am inclined to grant this prayer as prayed. No affidavit in reply has been filed by the respondent no.2. 2.

The civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon the respondents including the newly added respondent no.2 within 1/2
