Thereafter, it was again adjourned. The Petitioner filed this Writ Petition on 16 April 2018. Thereafter, it is kept pending. When the Petition came up on 3 August 2018, it was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Thereafter it is not circulated.
