Case of the Petitioners is that late Bhaskar Raghu Patil was the owner of the writ properties and on his death he was survived by three sons. During their lifetime they did not apply for mutation of their names in the 7/12 extract. The three sons having died the grand children of Bhaskar Raghu sought mutation in their names. The grievance is that in spite of Village Patil having submitted a report concerning succession no final orders are being passed on the application filed by them. The Petitioners pray that their names be entered in the revenue entry by incorporating mutation in the 7/12 extract.

We dispose of the Petition issuing a mandamus to the 3rd Respondent to pass necessary orders on the application filed by the 1/2

(9) WP 7124-19 Petitioners which is Exhibit D pursuant to the Village Patil has submitted a report Exhibit E.

Order be passed within 12 weeks.
