On 9th November, 1993 this Court passed the following order:- "Rule.

Interim stay in terms of prayer Clause (b) on the condition that the Appellant shall deposit into trial Court the decretal dues within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the writ by the trial Court." 2.

Till date, the decretal amount is not deposited. In light of the aforesaid, the interim relief granted on 9th November, 1993 cannot be continued. Hence, it is vacated.
