P.C:- The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that, according to his instructions, the Respondent-Complainant has now agreed to give consent for quashing of the FIR. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states subsequently even new accused has been added and charge-sheet is filed. He states that instead of pursuing this Petition, the Petitioners seek leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition with notice to the Respondent-Informant. The Petition is disposed of with liberty.
