Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to make a representation to the Respondent No. 3 - MCGM regarding the grievances made in the aforesaid Petition. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. 3.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the event, if such representation is made within a period of four weeks from today, the Respondent No. 3 - MCGM shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The said representation shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. All points and contentions of the respective parties are expressly kept open.
