Pursuant to the order dated 16th April, 2016 passed by this court, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has tendered a statement of disclosure dated 29th April, 2016 obtained from Dr.Sudhakar Y. Padhye, residing at A/29, Sylvan Retreat Apartment, 5th Floor, Range Hills Road, Ashoknagar, Pune - 411 020. The statement of disclosure filed under section 11(8) read with section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is taken on record and is accepted. 2.

None appeared for the respondents though served. No affidavit in reply is filed.

A perusal of the clause 17 of the agreement dated 17th May, 2011 annexed at Ex.A to the arbitration petition indicates that the arbitration agreement exists between the parties.

Dr.Sudhakar Y. Padhye, residing at A/29, Sylvan Retreat Apartment, 5th Floor, Range Hills Road, Ashoknagar, Pune - 411 020 is appointed as a sole
