The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that on 25 January 2021 the proposal forwarded by the Management seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as a Junior Clerk, the same is not yet decided.

The learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos.1,4 and 5.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as a Junior Clerk (page 26) is pending with Respondent No.2, the Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
