This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety and continuation of facility of cash bail granted by this Court vide order dated 9th March 2021. It is submitted that on account of pandemic situation and other hardship, the applicant could not furnish surety and this application was preferred on 5th May 2021. Hence, time be extended by a period of eight weeks. 2.

Considering the submission, the facility of cash bail granted by this Court vide order dated 9th March 2021 is extended by eight weeks from today to enable the applicant to furnish surety. The application stands disposed of.
