The learned Counsels for the parties have tendered signed Consent Terms before the National Lok Adalat. The representative of the Appellant/Assurance Company, Respondent No.1 for herself and natural guardian of Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 are present in Lok Adalat. They are identified by their respective Advocates.

The First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. The impugned Award stands modified in accordance with the Consent Terms. Award be drawn accordingly.

Refund of court fees, if any, be made as per rules. Statutory deposit be remitted back to the jurisdictional Tribunal. The Tribunal shall permit the parties to withdraw the amount in accordance with the Consent Terms.
