1) This is an application for intervention by the alleged landlord of the applicant. The applicant is neither the first informant nor the complainant. The applicant alleged that at his behest the present crime is registered. According to me the applicant has no locus-standi to intervene in the Anticipatory Bail Application. However, the applicant can assist the Investigating Agency by providing necessary information which he has to the Investigating Officer by recording his statement.

2) As stated above, the applicant has no locus-standi to intervene in the present application. The present application being misconceived is accordingly dismissed in limine.
