DATED : 15th JUNE, 2022 P.C:- Recording a prima facie case in the case of the applicant to the effect that the present C.R arises out of matrimonial discord between the complainant and the present applicant, the applicant was admitted to interim bail. He was also directed to attend the Investigating Officer and the learned APP do not dispute that he has complied with the said direction and has also rendered co-operation by submitting his sample signatures.

2/2 27 ABA 1206-22.doc The learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court, state that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted in the nature of accusations faced by him.

Accepting the said statement, the order dated 6/5/2022 is confirmed, subject to the further undertaking by the applicant that he shall continue to render his co-operation to the Investigating Officer and shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when called for.
