This application is moved for seeking permission to withdraw an amount of Rs. 29,600/-, which is deposited in the Court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 50th Court, Vikhroli, Mumbai and Rs. 10,000/-, which is deposited in the Sessions Court, Mumbai, as the applicant needs money for his medical expenses.

The respondents/accused are facing prosecution under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
