It is the grievance of the Applicant that, though he has appointed Advocate Mr. Jitendra B. Mishra, since the date of filing of the Appeal, the said Advocate is not in his contact. His relatives tried to contact the said Advocate, but failed. The Advocate appointed by the Legal Aid Committee has also not responded to him or his representation and therefore he has prayed that, Advocate Mr. S.V. Bhise, be appointed to represent him in the present Interim Application and in the main Appeal. (3) Advocate Mr. Bhise, is personally present in Court. Advocate Mr. Bhise submitted that, he will file his Vakalatnama in the Appeal and 1/2

(4) In view thereof, the appointment of the Advocate Mr. Jitendra B. Mishra and any other Advocate, if any, appointed by the Legal Aid Committee, stands canceled with immediate effect.
