The petitioner is present in person. The petition filed by the present petitioner under section 11 of the Hindu Marriage Act was dismissed by an order dated 8th March 2019. 2.

In view of this the learned counsel for the petitioner in all fairness seeks to withdraw the present Petition. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The petitioner has also undertaken to abide by the order dated 8th March 2019 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangli.
