Petitioner No.1 is working with petitioner No.2 Sou.Surekha Kalyanshetti Secondary and Higher Secondary School, Akkalkot initially as a Shikshan Sevak and according to her, she has acquired the status of assistant teacher on completion of three years service. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of proposal for making the payment of balance salary of the petitioner No.1 and to regularize her as 'Assistant Teacher' submitted on 11/11/2016 before the respondent Nos.3 and 4, the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have not taken any decision on the said proposal dated 11/11/2016. (512)WPNo.53042017 Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the said proposal dated 11/11/2016 in regard to the balance salary as also regularization of the petitioner No.1 on the post of 'Assistant Teacher'. Needless to say if the decision as aforesaid is not taken, it be taken within three months of receipt of copy of the order. The petitioners are directed to appear before respondent No.3 on 15th May 2017 at 11.00 a.m.
