The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present petition petitioner is seeking a limited relief i.e. seeking regularization of service from 1995 to 2000 rendered with respondent No.1.

The learned Counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that the proposal is not complete in all respects and that the necessary documents were not forwarded to the respondent No.1.

The learned Counsel for respondent No.4 submits that the respondent No.4 will forward a fresh proposal for regularization of the service of the petitioner from 1995Gaikwad RD 1/2

23.WPNo.71352016.doc 2000 along with all the necessary documents preferably within four weeks.

The respondent no.3 has undertaken that the fresh proposal will be forward to respondent no.1 seeking regularization of the service of the petitioner from 19952000. Upon receipt of the said proposal, the respondent No.1 shall take decision upon it on its its own merits and in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of proposal. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
