After this Petition was heard for some time, I find that this Writ Petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Revisional Authority being the District Judge, Pune, at Pune to dispose of the Petitioner's Revision Application No. 9 of 2017 filed under Section 34(4) of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of two months from today. It is further ordered that till the disposal of the Revision Application No. 9 of 2017, the original decree holder (the Opponent in the Revision Sameer Pg 1 of 2

12-WP-5118-2017.doc Application) shall not take any coercive steps to execute the decree which according to the Respondent herein has become executable by virtue of the consent terms dated 15th March, 2010. This limited protection has been granted to the Petitioner on his assuring this Court that he shall not seek any adjournment before the Revisional Authority.

Place the Revision Application No. 9 of 2017 before the Revisional Authority on 10th July, 2017 under the caption "for Direction". Thereafter the Revisional Authority shall decide as to how it shall proceed in the matter.

Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
