P.C.:- The Applicant is seeking bail in CR No. 448 of 2014 registered with Shivaji Nagar police station. The Applicant is arrested on 28th October, 2014 and since then, he is in jail. The learned APP submitted that as of today, the prosecution has examined in all five witnesses and the trial is progressing stedily. However, in view of the fact that the Applicant is in jail since 28th October, 2014, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai seized off the POCSO Special case No. 42 of 2015, hereby directed to expedite the trial.
