This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No. I-47/2016 registered with Rabale MIDC Police Station under section 420, 406, 418, 467, 468, 471, 474 of the Indian Penal Code. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The applicant in ABA No. 552 of 2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as the respondent no.2. The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the copy of amended application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within the said stipulated period.
