Leave to amend the cause title is granted so as to make the deletion of the word "Thane" in the description of respondent no. 3 and instead to add word "Palghar". The amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The petitioner is seeking direction to respondent nos. 3 Zilla Parishad, Palghar to consider and decide his representation dated 12.1.2017.

In view of the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Palghar. On receipt of the same, the Education Officer, (Primary) Zilla Parishad, Palghar shall consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation which shall be filed by the petitioner along with copy of the order of this Court before the said authority. The decision as aforesaid be taken within two months from the date of receipt of the said representation. 5.
