This is repeated bail application of the applicant for grant of bail during the pendency of the case against him. Earlier application for bail bearing B.A.No. 1618 of 2013 was finally heard and dismissed by this Court vide order dated 3 rd December, 2013 and as such this repeated application for bail is brought before this Bench after one more bail application was preferred before the other Bench and that was withdrawn.

Today, after hearing the rival submissions, when this Court expressed its view that there are no changed circumstances for grant of bail to the present applicant in view of the earlier detailed order dated 3 rd December, 2013, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, prayed for withdrawal of this application. Accordingly, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of. 1.
