This is a second attempt by the Applicant to obtain anticipatory bail. The Applicant's previous Anticipatory Bail Application No.597/2021 was withdrawn by the Applicant unconditionally as recorded in the order dated 3.3.2021. Therefore, this second application is not maintainable at all.

When I expressed my opinion in that regard, learned Counsel for the Applicant again prayed for unconditional withdrawal of this application.
