The grievance raised by the Petitioner is with regard to the alleged unauthorised construction undertaken at the behest of Respondent No.7.

Out attention is invited by the learned counsel for the Petitioner to the order dated 12th October 2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11960 of 2022 (page 20 of the writ petition). It is submitted that the Petitioner on 26th February 2024 has also made a representation to the Collector to take steps against the unauthorised construction, but the said representation has not been decided. 3.

In view of aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.2 to consider the Petitioner's representation
