The Advocate for the Respondent No.6 has requested circulation of the above Writ Petition. It is the grievance of the Respondent No.6 that the Petitioners after obtaining an order from this Court dated 12th May, 2021, whereby the operation and implementation of the order dated 16 th February, 2021 passed by Respondent No.3 in Appeal No.RTS/2A/664/20178 is stayed, the Petitioner are not appearing before the Additional Commissioner, Pune despite the Revision Application being placed for hearing on 19 th April, 28 th June and 26 th July, 2021. We are also informed that the Revision Application is now placed before the Additional Commissioner, Pune for hearing on 9 th August, 2021. In view thereof, we pass the following order : (i) The Additional Commissioner shall on 9 th August, 2021 hear the parties and/or SSP 1/2

15 wp 3754 of 2021.doc their Advocates and dispose off the Revision Application within a period of three weeks thereafter.

(ii) The Additional Commissioner shall not grant any adjournments to the parties unless absolutely necessary.

(iii) All contentions of the parties are kept open. (iv) Ad-interim protection granted by this Court by its order dated 12th May, 2021 shall continue only upto 31 st August, 2021.
