The present petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Superintendent, Amaravati Central Prison, Amaravati. It is undisputed fact that the Petitioner is suffering his conviction and sentence awarded to him by the City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai and is presently lodged as Convict Number 2847 in Amaravati Central Prison. Considering these facts, we permit the Petitioner to approach the Nagpur Bench of this Court so as to challenge the order passed by the Superintendent, Amaravati Central Prison, Amaravati, dated 26th April 2021. In view of the permission granted to the Petitioner, the present petition is disposed of.
