The application is for condonation of delay of 74 days in preferring an application for leave to appeal. avk 1/2
16-APPLN-234-2017.doc Perused the application and heard the learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2. He vehemently opposed the application by contending that the same is not depicting sufficient cause for condonation of delay.
Perusal of the application shows that delay of 74 days in preferring an application for leave to appeal has been occasioned because of gap of communication, consultation with the lawyer etc. The reasons attributed for delay are sufficient for not preferring the application within time. Hence the order :
ORDER
i) The application is allowed.
ii) The delay of 74 days in filing the application for leave to appeal is condoned.
iii) The application is disposed of.
