By this application, the applicant has sought withdrawal of amount of Rs.1,00,000/- which was deposited by him as cash surety pursuant to the order dated 28th July, 2016 in Criminal Application No. 769 of 2016 in Criminal Appeal No. 161 of 2004. 2.

By the said order dated 28th July, 2016, the applicant was permitted to leave India and one of the conditions was to furnish cash surety of Rs.1,00,000/-. The applicant has deposited cash surety of Rs.1,00,000/- before the Registry of this Court. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that after travelling to Singapore, the applicant has returned to India as per clause 4, paragraph 6 of the

In the light of above, the cash surety of Rs.1,00,000/- is permitted to be refunded to the applicant. Registry to take necessary steps. 4.
