It is submitted by advocates appearing for both the parties that in view of the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court, all the connected complaints are transferred to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Latur. It is submitted that the companion petition was heard by Aurangabad Bench of this Court.

In the circumstances, these six petitions be transferred to Aurangabad Bench. To be heard along with Criminal Writ Petition Nos.1342 of 2016 and 1344 of 2016 pending before Aurangabad Bench. Interim relief granted in these petitions shall continue for eight weeks from today. Parties are directed to appear before the Aurangabad Bench, whenever the petitions are listed for hearing. 3.

Registry is directed to take appropriate steps for transfer of these petitions to Aurangabad Bench.
