Learned APP, on instructions from concerned Officer attached to DCB CID, Mumbai submitted that, in Sessions Case No. 603 of 2012 arising out of C.R. No. 42 of 2012 originally registered with Amboli Police Station, Mumbai and subsequently investigated by DCB CID, Mumbai, the prosecution as of today has examined 16 witnesses. 2.

In view thereof, grievance of the Petitioner that the trial of the Petitioner has not commenced and/or be expedited does not survive. 3.
