Since this is a Contempt Petition, a matter between the Court and the Contemnors, we have examined the Petition.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 states that the issue can be resolved if the Respondent No.4 - Management submits a proposal in respect of appointment of the Petitioner within a period of two weeks. Once such proposal in necessary format with requisite documents is submitted, decision thereupon would be taken within a period of four weeks thereafter. The learned Counsel for the Management agrees to this course of action.

In the light of these statements which we accept, we are not inclined to proceed further in contempt jurisdiction. The Contempt Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. (AMIT BORKAR, J.) (NITIN JAMDAR, J.)
