This Application is moved for restoration of First Appeal which stand refused on 18th November, 2016 by the order of the Registrar (Judicial-II).

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the Appeal was refused for non-removal of the objections, i.e., copy of the judgment and Application for condonation of delay were not filed. She submitted that today the applicants have filed the Application for 1 / 2

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the applicants, the order dated 18th November, 2016 of refusal of First Appeal is hereby set aside. First Appeal is restored to its file. 5.
