By this petition, the Petitioner has challenged the ad-interim order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner that the OA itself has been disposed of and hence this petition has become infructuous. 2.

The learned counsel for the Respondents submits that he wants to file a reply since some of the averments made in the petition are not correct.

In our view, the petition itself has become infructuous and therefore, question of now filing a reply does not arise. Hence, writ petition is disposed of since it has become infructuous.
