This application is moved for setting aside the order passed by I/c.Registrar (Judicial-II), refusing the registration of the review application, tendered by the applicants, on account of failure to remove office objections.

For the reasons recorded in the application, the civil application deserves to be allowed and the Borey 1/2

spb/ 2cao246-19.odt same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the I/c. Registrar Judicial-II dated 09.10.2018, rejecting the registration of the review application, is set aside. The applicant shall remove office objection within a period of six weeks from today. In the event of failure, the order passed in the instant civil application shall be deemed to have been recalled. Delay in filing civil application no. 178 of 2013 is condoned.

The present Civil Application is disposed of.
