Having heard Mr.Nakhawa at some length, we do not think that the order passed on 6th April, 2017 can cause such prejudice to the petitioners that they would not be able to claim any relief, much less the quashing of the criminal proceedings, which are subject matter of the present petition. They can always place before the court the events subsequent to the order dated 6th April, 2017 and request the court that the matter could not be resolved as expected in the order passed on 6th April, 2017 and they would have to press their petition on merits. We do not think that this order of 6th April, 2017 concludes any of the issues.
