The petitioner had sought parole on the ground that his sister's marriage is to take place on 08/05/2017 at Kalwa Thane. Learned APP on written instructions dated 03/05/2017 from the Superintendent of Yerwada Central Prison, Pune states that the petitioner will be released on emergency parole to attend marriage of his sister. The emergency parole is being granted to him from 05/05/2017 to 09/05/2017 i.e. for a period of 5 days.

In this view of the matter, we are of the opinion that no further order is necessary. The written communication dated 03/05/2017 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Rule is discharged.
